HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL DO: 
 

Our remote Enrollment Specialist work with our clients to identify their unique situation and needs and help choose insurance plans that suit them and their families' current financial and future needs.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Contact and schedule virtual appointments with clients using the leads provided to you by the agency (at no cost for you).
  • Perform detailed benefit analysis via Zoom with clients, including educating the client about their organization's benefits, identifying needs for additional protection, services, and assisting through the qualification process.
  • Close sales and underwrite policies for clients, completing applications accurately.
  • Fully understand, abide by, and stay current with all insurance rules and regulations as they pertain to duties assigned.
  • Work with internal team supervisors, managers, training staff, and customer service representatives.
  • Successfully meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to provide them with information about our services and offerings.
  • Listen actively and empathetically to clients' needs, concerns, and questions, and provide personalized solutions to assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a seamless enrollment process, from initial contact to successful sign-up.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop your knowledge of our services and industry trends to better serve our clients.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
