Need clarification?
Do I need to already be licensed?
No. Many candidates we work with start completely unlicensed.
If you are a Georgia resident, or an out-of-state candidate with Georgia connections, we can typically guide you through the licensing process needed to become eligible to work with our agency.
Already licensed candidates may be able to move through the interview and onboarding process more quickly, but prior insurance experience is not required for consideration.
We provide direction on:
- Licensing steps
- State application process
- Required courses/background checks
- Training and onboarding expectations
Final eligibility and onboarding timelines can vary based on state requirements, licensing approvals, and overall candidate fit.
Is this a remote position?
Yes. This is primarily a remote position conducted through virtual phone and Zoom-based client appointments.
Agents work from home while meeting with clients, completing presentations, and handling follow-up activities through our virtual system and agency platforms.
Because the role is remote, candidates should have:
- Reliable internet access
- A computer or laptop
- A quiet work environment
- Comfortable communication skills over phone and Zoom
Training, onboarding, and mentorship are also handled largely through virtual systems and scheduled team sessions.
Is this salary or commission?
This is a performance-based opportunity operating on a commission structure rather than a traditional hourly or salary model.
Compensation is tied to production, client retention, and overall activity within the system. Agents are paid weekly and may also qualify for additional bonuses, leadership opportunities, and long-term residual-style income growth based on performance and advancement.
Because results can vary significantly based on consistency, schedule, training participation, and execution, compensation details are reviewed more thoroughly during the phone interview process.
What happens after I select my status?
Once you select the option that best matches your current situation, you’ll be routed to the appropriate scheduling page to book your phone interview.
The phone interview is designed to:
- Review your background and current situation
- Explain the role and expectations in more detail
- Answer any questions you may have
- Determine overall fit and next-step eligibility
Depending on your licensing status and location, some candidates may move more quickly through the process than others. If selected to continue, additional onboarding, licensing guidance, and final interview steps will be explained during the process.
How long does licensing typically take?
For Georgia residents pursuing a temporary license, most candidates are typically in position to begin within approximately 1–1.5 weeks once all required steps are completed promptly.
For out-of-state candidates who first need to obtain their resident state license before moving into the Georgia non-resident process, the timeline is usually around 2–3.5 weeks depending on state processing times, fingerprinting requirements, and application approvals.
