Step 1: Learn What We Do & Apply

We’re a 100% remote regional Georgia office of American Income Life (AIL) servicing families and individuals in numerous states— a Fortune 500 company under Globe Life Inc. For over 70 years, AIL has provided exclusive non cost benefits to union members, credit unions, and associations who request our services.

Best of all- No cold calling. No buying leads. No endless recruiting for others. No multiple carriers to be concerned with having to learn "their process".

Every appointment we handle is requested first by the client.

Step 2: Get Licensed

All agents are required by law to hold a state-issued Life and Health insurance license.

If you’re not yet licensed, don’t worry — we’ll guide you through the process.
You’ll complete an online pre-licensing course, schedule your state exam, and submit a background check.
Once licensed, you can be appointed through American Income Life and begin training immediately.

Step 3: Complete Orientation and Training

Our training system is built to help you win — fast.
You’ll be plugged into our Remote Career Launch System, which includes:

Orientation & Impact Training – Learn the foundations of our business and systems.
SalesXP & VIP Jumpstart – Master presentation skills, tone, and structure.
Mentorship Program – Shadow top producers and gain real-world experience through live Zoom appointments.

Step 4: Start Helping Families

You’ll meet with families virtually to review their existing benefits, explain coverage options, and help them protect what matters most. Each meeting follows our proven system:

Every interaction helps you sharpen your skills, build confidence, and grow your income.

Step 5: Grow Into Leadership

We don’t believe in ceilings here — only levels.
Top performers are promoted from within and can grow into Supervising Agents, General Agents, Master General Agent, Regional General Agent and Agency Directors.

Each time you close a sale — or when a Producer on your team does — you earn a percentage of the premium paid on that policy every month. This recurring income, known as a renewal, continues as long as the policy remains active and the client pays their premium. With every new sale, your monthly renewal stream grows.
