Licensed Agents
Designed for licensed agents who want production momentum — not independent chaos
Backed by a national organization serving union and association families across North America.
Our goal is simple: alignment, clarity, and momentum from day one.
STEP 3 of 4
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking licensed agents located outside Georgia who want to operate inside a structured, production-focused system.
The agents who succeed here typically are:
• Ready to operate in a structured production environment
• Consistent with activity and follow-through
• Open to mentorship and accountability
• Focused on long-term growth, not short-term shortcuts
Many licensed agents enter the industry expecting independence, but quickly find themselves juggling carriers, buying expensive leads, and operating without a clear system.
Independent agents often experience:
• Expensive or inconsistent lead flow
• Constant carrier changes
• Administrative overload
• Limited mentorship
• Income volatility
If that sounds familiar, this opportunity may be a better fit.

Our goal is alignment, execution, and measurable progress from the beginning.

Agency Structure
We operate as a captive agency model, meaning agents contracted with our organization represent one aligned production system.
To maintain compliance and production focus:
-
Outside insurance carrier appointments must be terminated before onboarding
-
Agents operate exclusively within our carrier structure
-
Agents must maintain an active Georgia Life Insurance License
