Georgia Licensed Agents

Designed for licensed agents who want production momentum — not independent chaos

Backed by a national organization serving union and association families across North America.

Our goal is simple: alignment, clarity, and momentum from day one.

STEP 3 of 4

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking licensed agents who are:

    • Ready to operate in a structured, production-driven environment

    • Committed to consistent activity and follow-through

    • Open to mentorship and accountability

    • Focused on long-term growth, not short-term shortcuts

We find that many licensed agents enter the industry expecting freedom, but quickly find themselves juggling carriers, chasing leads, and navigating unclear production systems.

Licensed independent agents often experience the same issues:

    • inconsistent and costly leads

    • constant carrier juggling

    • administrative overload

    • lack of structured mentorship

    • income volatility

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

The Reality

What You Can Expect

Agents entering this system typically experience:

  • A structured onboarding process
  • Hands-on coaching from leadership
  • Consistent activity expectations
  • A focus on revenue-producing conversations

This role is best suited for agents who prefer structure and execution rather than operating independently across multiple carriers.

Our objective is alignment, execution, and measurable progress from the start.

Structure

Captive Agency Structure

We operate as a captive life insurance agency. This means agents contracted with us represent our company exclusively.

To maintain compliance, brand integrity, and production focus, any existing insurance carrier appointments must be terminated prior to onboarding so that agents operate under one aligned production system.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Life insurance carriers
  • Health insurance carriers
  • Annuity providers
  • Medicare plans
  • Supplemental insurance products
  • Any other insurance-related appointments

What This Means For You

If selected to move forward, this role requires full alignment with our organization and carrier structure.

Agents who join our team operate exclusively within our system and production model.

This means:

  • You must be willing to terminate outside insurance appointments
  • You must operate exclusively under our carrier structure
  • You must maintain compliance with our captive agency model

This is not a temporary arrangement — it is a structural requirement of the position.

This opportunity is best suited for agents who prefer operating within a focused, team-driven production environment rather than splitting business across multiple carriers.

Business

Why This Structure Exists

Our agency structure is designed to remove many of the common friction points independent agents face.

By maintaining a unified model, we are able to provide agents with:

  • Exclusive, company-supported leads
  • Unified branding and product positioning
  • Clear production systems and processes
  • Strong mentorship and leadership oversight
  • Long-term organizational stability and growth opportunities

Because we invest heavily in providing access to our internal client base, systems, and leadership support, we require full alignment from the agents who represent our organization.

This step takes less than 30 seconds.
