Step #3 Schedule Your First Interview
Upon completing the Career Overview video, we ask that you complete the application survey and then schedule your preliminary phone interview.
Step #4 Preliminary Phone Interview
A brief phone qualifying interview to establish a basis of your compatibility for the career opportunity. This conversation is moreso information based and also determining some key factors in moving forward in the process.
Step #5 Final Interview via Zoom
Conducted by one of our agency directors, this will start with an in depth overview of the compensation model, training schedule, your work schedule and finishing with questions from both yourself and the leadership.
#6 Offer and Application for Licensing
Congrats! Based on the conversation and the content of the interview both we and you will know if you are a good fit for the position moving forward. If so, from there we immediately starting the licensing process for your respective state of residency so you can begin your career in a timely basis.
